The Electrophysiology Research Foundation is a charitable organization incorporated on August 2, 1982. The Foundation is a non-profit corporation, organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes.

Morris J. Stern

Morris J. Stern JD (Trustee 1982-1991, deceased)

Morris Stern was a distinguished member of the New Jersey Bar and Judiciary. He graduated from Lafayette College and obtained his law degree from Rutgers’ University and Master of Law degree from New York University. Morris served as a Captain in the US Army in 1966-1968. He practiced law in Essex County NJ for three decades and specialized in Corporate and Banking Law. He was appointed to the NJ Bench as a Judge in 2001. Mr. Stern served as a Founding Trustee of the Electrophysiology Research Foundation from 1982-1991.
