Jeff Smith is Managing Director at the investment banking firm Berkery, Noyes & Co. LLC. He specializes in advising providers of software, information and services solutions to the global healthcare and life science industries. He is the former CEO and President of Lippincott Williams and Wilkins, the medical publisher headquartered in Philadelphia. Prior to Lippincott, Jeff was President of Kluwer Academic Publishers, the science publisher headquartered in the Netherlands. He is a graduate of Duke University and of the University of Wisconsin.
